RecommendedI have been a patient at Friendswood Women’s since April when I moved back to Texas. I just recently gave birth to my first child and my experience with Dr. Roberts and the rest of the staff has been nothing short of amazing. My encounters with the staff at visits are always very positive and Dr. Roberts allows ample amount of time to answer any questions/concerns I may have. This is so upsetting!!! When scheduling they told me to be here at 3pm. My text reminders said 3pm!!! Was getting established as a new patient with Dr. Erica Roberts because she comes highly recommended by co-worker wives of my husband at the hospital and they turned me away because now all the sudden they tell me I was supposed to be here at 2:30. I ended up going to a second dr to get proper help. They didn’t solve any of the problems ias having in fact they made the symptoms worse...
Dr Shamburger delivered both my girls. Very willing to answer at length, any questions I had. Staff was always nice and courteous. Would recommend them to anyone seeking an OB/GYN.
