INSURANCE FRAUD ALERT-do not go here and do not pay upfront if you have insurance. They won't submit a claim and you will be out of pocket the cost when they state they will reimburse you after they verify you have active insurance. My insurance company has customer service 24/7 yet they said the verification dept was closed - they never close - even on holidays. Beware of this Urgent Care! They told me at the time of visit that my insurance would not cover but they would only charge $75 for everything and then would try to get the insurance to pay. They had me fill out a credit card authorization so they could credit back the money when the "insurance paid"....it was not true, they used it to charge more money to my card for the visit!
