The products are easy to locate on the webpage and arrive the next day. Friendly customer service and during the holidays they offered free gifts for the 12 days of Christmas. We received a large box of colored pencils which I actually took home since my grandkids were coming for the holidays. As a participant in the 12 Business Days of Christmas our office was lucky enough to receive a package of PaperMate Flair Limited Edition felt tip pens. The colors of this pack are incredible. We are regular purchasers of the normal red, blue, and black pens but the pastels are so much more fun! Love our FriendsOffice friends!
