UPDATE: I came back to Friendship due to extensive hail damage and again had superb service. My car looks brand new. At this point, I'll have to day the consistency speaks for itself. Also, it's worth mentioning that the staff is top notch!! I was referred to Friendship via Progressive as a preferred shop, and I am thankful I went with them! I had such a seamless experience from the vehicle being scheduled for drop-off immediately to it being ready exactly when they quoted me it would be. The staff is welcoming and personabl... read more

Amazing bodyshop, they fixed my truck as good as new, if not better than new! Communication was great, they handled everything for me I didnt have any stress or worries! 1000/1000 would recommend them to anyone
Beware. Here’s the story: went in and got an estimate. Got the money after a couple months. Told them I got the money now. Then immediately said it might be more expensive than the estimate and there would be a 3% credit card fee. Asked if there are extra costs, would they inform me beforehand. They said no. Why so aggressive with your talk? Asked if I could pay cash, said yes on Friday. Then on Monday it was a no when I walked in. Walked in the door at 8am to drop off my car.
