disturbing, charged 300 to tell me my pet did not need emergency stabilization for possibly liver disease which was what I brought her in for. said she had a torn ligament. after requesting the doctor notes they amended the record to say that they wanted to treat her for liver disease. which they told me when I was there that she didn't have. highly disturbing. all I asked for was basic pain meds and subcutaneous fluids while we were deciding what diagnostics we should do. they said she did not have infection and wasn't at r... read more
I am deeply concerned about the record-keeping practices at this clinic. After reviewing my dog's official medical records, I discovered significant discrepancies between what actually occurred during our visits and what was officially documented/billed. I have filed formal complaints with the State Veterinary Board and consumer protection agencies. I highly recommend all pet owners double-check their itemized receipts and ask for copies of their pet's medical notes at this clinic.
The care and attention given by the team is second to none. My cat Lily has seen both the orthopedic and dermatology teams. The care they give to her and time they take answering all my questions is so appreciated. When I had to leave her behind for further tests I knew she would be in good hands with all the staff, they show so much care to the animals. Shoutout as well to the claims department, they helped overturn an insurance denial when I was completely stuck on how to appeal.
I want make sure to give a shoutout to nurses Berkys and Kiana! My dog landed in the icu after a number of unfortunate circumstances involving another vet and was I sooo worried about his recovery because he is a bit spoiled and very much loves being at home. As impossible as i thought it was they made my baby feel very much at home. Vetcare here is very expensive, but the quality is very high. I am so grateful that I am able to bring my 2 cats to Dr Kunder for their dermatological issues. She is one of the best vets I have met and I leave every appointment feeling like I was informed of all of my options and selected the one that would work best for us.
