Having taken our kitties to the ER at the original Brandywine St location before and having not the BEST experience, we were absolutely blown away by how incredible this new ER location is. The nurses on the phone and at the desk were absolutely incredible and so kind and responsive, and the Vet doctor Echols was AN ABSOLUTE SAINT. She gave us a low end and high end estimate of what we were looking at financially before we left our boy overnight, and was super transparent and explained every line of what might need to happen... read more
