My dog has now had two surgeries with Dr. Adams there. She and her team are fantastic at their job and communicating with pet owners. I never have to wonder what stage of the procedure they're at, because I get a phone call promptly. Everyone here down to the staff is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. And if they don't have the answers, they're willing to help you find them. Have had several scary emergency experiences that led us to seeking services here. Staff is compassionate, calm, and competent. From that emergency visit, our pup now needs speciality eye visits, which we do at Friendship as well, and have been extraordinarily pleased. Our pups would also rate it five tail wags!
Originally came here for a dental procedure for my cat, and was really impressed by the high levels of customer service. Now - I am working with the oncology specialists with my same cat and although it’s something no pet owner wants to go through I am relieved that the team is absolutely excellent. Their bedside manner and their professionalism as well as empathy makes this entire process just a little bit easier. Grateful to be here during these hard times.
I've been here with two of my cats, one more out of caution and worry of an emergency (caught issues before actual blockage) and one for a critical emergency. Both times the staff treated me and our cats with urgency and respect of the process at each stage.
