I would avoid these people as much as possible. They were good once upon a time, but at this point, they treat your pet as a cash cow. I brought my dog Sprout in twice for a mass on her face, the third time she was sneezing blood, and they prescribed an antibiotic and said to schedule an appointment for imaging. They said I would need to set up a consultation with the same vet tech who had just seen my dog. Had the best experience with with Friendship Hospital for Animals last week. I called about one week prior to schedule a non-emergency appointment, gave my cat's information and concern, and scheduled a late-night visit with Dr. Diaz for the following week. Day of the visit, the office called to say they had an earlier opening. Within just a few minutes of arriving, Dr. Diaz came outside to meet us and hear our concerns.
