This was the 2nd time I have scheduled a diesel truck service and it was completed in half the time as other dealerships I’ve been to. Very courteous and professional staff.
I purchased a brand new 2025 F250 from a local dealership and 2 1/2 weeks into ownership my brakes started seizing. I called the dealership which sold the truck to me and they advised the next available appointment would be nine days away. The customer service here is great & friendly environment. I’d recommend them I just didn’t have the best of luck with my vehicle after purchasing. Purchased a 2023 Chevy Malibu here July 1st. Check engine light came on July 5th. Car became completely inoperable July 15th vehicle had to be towed. Has been at the Universal Chevrolet dealership for 3 weeks and it’s still not fixed. This has been a nightmare at this point. (Update) Vehicle was fixed under warranty. Transmission module had to be replaced.
