I love Doctor Lacaze! the front desk staff is very friendly. A special kudos to Heather Lizarraga. she is so knowledgeable about all healthcare enrollments. The only issue I had is that there is no privacy when speaking with Heather as she is out in front behind the reception area, and I felt uneasy speaking about confidential issues out in the open. Not sure if this is HIPPA issue but i had to whisper when speaking her.
Moved here from out of state and had no idea what I needed to do for assistance. Heather L. Helped me get situated and directed me to the resources to help me with my current situation. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of assistance. I do think Heather needs a separate office because of the noise from the front and privacy is important.
