About this business
The Friends of Camp Helen is a non-profit organization devoted to supporting Camp Helen State Park. Proceeds from kayak rentals go directly to improving the park as well as providing events and activities for public enjoyment. We are the only kayak rental directly on Lake Powell, close to Phillips Inlet where it's only a short walk over to the gulf. Fishing in the lake is permitted on our boats with the proper license, which can be either salt or freshwater due to the lake being brackish and home to both varieties of fish.

Love the natural landscape and old buildings.
Beautiful location. We had a great time on the kayaks and got some great pictures we even kayaked over to the beach.
