Elsa did Madeliene's hair today and she has such a gentle touch, shee almost fell asleep. Madeleine is 88 years young and had this expression of absolute bliss on her face the entire time. It did my heat good to see my little friend pampered in such a sweet way!
Elsa is delightful and very friendly. I am completely satisfied with my hair. She cut it exactly as I asked her to.
