Me and my boyfriend waited to be sat. No one acknowledged we were standing there. A server passed us three times and people behind the line including managers didn't acknowledge we were there. The entire chain has lost our business.
I love the food and staff is very nice. Food came out fast and was delicious

I will definitely tell people what I think. If I wanted to spend $92.00 on lunch for 4 people, I definitely would NOT have gone to Friendlys. The portion sizes were smaller then I remember, my sons cheeseburger was burnt and so was the bun, and it was freezing in there! The place had maybe 15-20 people in the place. Will NEVER go back!
The service was good. I noticed no more paper placemats, the prices were higher, had to ask for coloring mat and crayons for my grandson ..My turkey and cheese melt was laughable. 2 paper thin slices of meat that didn't even taste like turkey . Everyone elses meal was good , but I was very disappointed with mine. And no senior menu.
The staff is what makes this Friendlys great. Always friendly, professional and willing to provide a helping hand. They are especially kind to my son who is autistic. That I really appreciate. The food is ok...the ice cream fantastic. I will say they do you need to do something about the septic smell especially in the ladies bathroom. �
