It’s impossible to get hold with anyone who’s in charge of management, nobody is ever in the office and they never pick up the phone or answer emails. I call several times a week and nobody gets back to me and I’ve left several emails as well and never get a response back. They love to complain about everything but whenever we need help from them we get nothing in return and I’m not sure why they’re strict on building if we own the trailers not them, we only pay for the land so that shouldn’t even matter.
