I have been going to Friendly Smiles for seven years. Everyone is professional and friendly, they get me in quickly, my cleanings and check ups are thourough, they answer my questions and explain procedures, during my procedures they ensure that I am comfortable and not in pain and I am extremely satisfied with the work they have done on my teeth.
We always have great service at Friendly Smiles! Dr. Barfield and her staff are wonderful, very friendly, and so caring. I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional dental care. It feels like a family atmosphere every time we are there! Thanks for all the years of caring for our teeth!!
Without having an appt they got me right in and fixed my tooth and was done in about 20 minutes. Everyone in the office is great
This was Quentin's 2nd visit to Friendly Smiles. His first visit to the dentist didn't go as well. He was pretty overwhelmed and didn't want to even sit in the chair. I was pretty sure that today would go as well as the last visit but the hygienist assured me that it was okay if he wasn't interested yet. The reception desk staff were very nice to work with and answered all my questions. The dental assistant was very polite, friendly and professional. She answered questions about my X-Rays. The dentist was professional and took the time to answer my questions about a recommended treatment plan. She also was very polite and friendly. My initial impression about your dental office and staff was very positive. Based on this first experience with this office, I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
I had a great experience at Friendly Smiles Cosmetic Dentistry. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and attentive. They fit me into their schedule when extra things came up, were patient, not rushed and always communicated the plan with me. I felt truly cared for by their professionalism and answering all my questions about TMJ and tooth restoration and really listening to me. I would definitely recommend them!
Impressed by the professional, friendly service and knowledgeable staff. The whole experience from the moment you walk in until you leave is catered to the client being comfortable, educated and informed where needed.
