10 yrs. as a customer. Never an issue in those 10 yrs.
They made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. I did not give 5 stars because I felt like they rushed towards the end of my dental work because my appointment ran over the scheduled 3 hours. I have temporary crowns on now, and they are rough and uncomfortable.
Bonnie was great again she is very friendly and took time to answer all my questions. Still the best service I have ever had at a dentist.

I took my 2 year old for his first dental visit today and it could not have gone better. The staff was so nice and patient with him showing him all the instruments they were going to use and how they worked. They also weren't pushy with making him do things he didn't want to do and made sure he was always comfortable and never scared. I came back to work and told everyone here that has kids his age to take theirs to Friendly Smiles- They are Amazing!
It was a wonderful dental experience for my daughter. She was so excited that she was wanting to come back next week rather than in 6 months.😊 I'm impressed with everything from the warm friendly staff all the way to the fine amenities and the comfort of the waiting room.
I recently experienced a fabulous dental appointment with Friendly Smiles. I love the dental hygienist Rachel - she was very thorough and explained everything to me - if I had questions. I also had the pleasure of having Dr. Johnson examine my teeth. He, also, was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable about everything. Little filling this morning. In and out quick as can be. Numbness wearing off nicely. No pain! Easy appointment today! All the staff is always fabulous.
I was having some tooth pain, so called them in the morning and they got me in right away, fixed the problem and sent me on my way. I can recommend Friendly Smiles to anyone wanting a great dental experience. The staff is helpful and friendly, they do great work with the latest technology with a clean and modern interior.
