Came in to get mani/pedis with my 5yr old. It was her first time and she was super excited to join me this time around. However the tech kept complaining and making remarks how she doesn’t like doing children. I was so uncomfortable I left without getting a manicure. The whole experience was ruined for me. I understand kids aren’t the easiest but if I was paying for service perhaps the remarks should have been kept to self. I would have tipped well. Don’t know where to get my eyebrows done now since this was my go to place.

The language barrier with the manicurist that I had was bad. I don’t think he understood much of what I said because he kept talking in his language to someone else to ask questions. I spent $65 to have my toes done and he only put one coat of polish on so I had to come home and pretty much fix them. He didn’t file them down very well. the old color that I had on you could still see near the cuticle. Just overall not happy and I’m not that picky with my toes. I just want him to look decent.
