Would never recomend this service to anyone. Absolute terrible customer service. Had booked them 2 weeks in advance to a drive us home from our wedding, and they never showed up. When we called to ask where they were, they said they woudl "call their driver" and never bothered to get back to us. When I called the next day to ask when happened, they said they would get back to me and never did. This buisness is an absolute scam and wont even answer my calls anymore. Very disappointed. They never showed. 14 people left stranded in the country. 2:30 am. Nobody to call. This is unacceptable.. It was cold too. All of us freezing, tired and stranded. We all got home around 4 am by other Do not use this company.
Used this company for my wedding 5years ago. They came on time, an hour out of the country. All was good, we asked our driver to pull in at the local bar for us to either stop in for a quick shot to celebrate the wedding, or to pick up beer to bring back to drink at our house. He refused, and told us if we went into the bar, he would leave us there and go back to Winnipeg. We literally asked for him to wait for 5 minutes!! I booked Friendly Limousine Service for my birthday. They followed our itinerary and brought us to our destinations on time, the limousine was clean and the driver was very Friendly and kept checking up on us to make sure we are doing okay. I would recommend Friendly Limousine Service to anyone who is looking for excellent luxury transportation service.
Used Friendly Limousine Service for my wedding on Saturday and our driver was amazing! He was on time, and went above and beyond for us! Highly recommended and will be using them again in the future.
