Rented with friendly John for a party and it was such a smooth process. They delivered on time. The delivery driver was very professional and polite. And the unit was very clean when it arrived. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

I have been dealing with Friendly John for many years. Luisa is the agent who always helps me out, and she goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. I have had issues with city permits and she solves the problems right away. I am very sure and confident that you will have the same experience as well.
Worst service EVER!!!! I had an event and i called, they confirmed me to delivery the toilet on Thursday and has to be paid in cash THEY NEVER came… When i called TODAY to know what happened, the worst assistant told me that they don’t have any order for today to my address, and they never made me a contract.. i post the screen of proof of the call on Tuesday, also today the assistant was super rude! DON’T USE THEM SERVICE!
