Levell & entire team were great! No reason to go any other place!
The Service Staff are very friendly indeed. However..... I brought my CRV in for an update that was recommended. After my appointment my Auto Lift gate stopped working. I did not have this problem when I brought my vehicle in for the update. I called right away and returned to Friendly Honda the following day. After diagnosing my car, they were going to charge me for fixing my Lift Gate which was fine BEFORE the update. I should mention there was an Computer System error earlier that day at Friendly Honda.
