We bought multiple vehicles from Ross, but had multiple issues with the service dept. The last vehicle we bought was an Odyssey which was an absolute lemon. Despite our issues with the service dept. Sales person (Greg Cunningham) is very nice and friendly and tried his best to meet our expectation, and we are happy with his services.
I had a 10 am appointment and I was there for 5 hours- for a simple diagnostic test emission system failure alert. Previously I brought my truck in because I had a leak in one tire and the tech said it was a leak in the value stem but after 3 hours to fix- nope, still leaking and caused me to have to pump up my tires every week for the next 3 months. We keep returning to Friendly Honda for service and vehicle purchases. We appreciate no hassles and a fair deals. Our salesperson (Tammy) has been outstanding! The service department follows up on their work and they seem to care.
Why does it take over and hour to do an inspection? Why is your shop located where the customers can’t see their cars being worked on? What are you hiding? My tires have been low since I left and I fill them everyday. Will not use again!
