I recently had my winter tires & wheels changed for my summers, and while there was an initial hiccup due to my not having the proper lug nuts for the latter wheels (they were at home instead of my trunk), after went home, retrieved them, and returned to Friendly, they worked me into their schedule. Somehow 2 bolts holding o The right taillight of my 2023 Ridgeline fell out and was dangling Iwhile traveling 70 mph on our way from NC to NY. Thank God another motorist flagged us down and we recovered the light. Friendly Honda in Fayetteville NY made a temporary fix and ordered parts which then installed as soon as they came in. Thank you SO much.
Bobby was very helpful, and explained everything that needed work, and wasn’t pushy with anything!
