I bought a new Honda CRV earlier this year from Friendly Honda. Ever since then, the steering wheel has been tilted out of alignment a few degrees to the left. Despite taking the vehicle back to them multiple times, it remains the same. They just can't seem to fix it even though they say they have done so. Very disappointed with the service at this dealership.
The service department was able to get me in very quickly. Jeff was super kind and great to work with!

Very helpful service area. I much appreciated the loaner vehicle whilst I waited for my service to be performed and the beautiful clean show rooms and service area.
