Very professional, efficient and responsive staff… and friendly!
We recently used Friendly Giant for the 2nd time for gutter cleaning. Communication with Arlene to set up the appointment and answer our questions was always quick and helpful. The service itself was fine, but the crew was pretty sloppy. None of our things were moved out of the way so all of our shoes and door mats were soaked, and our patio lights were knocked down and left in a pile for us to fix. We recently hired Friendly Giant Window, Gutter and Roof Cleaning to do some regular maintenance at our home. The price was reasonable and certainly competitive. The operational manager (Arlene) is friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with. We booked an appointment and asked that if they were able to come earlier, to please do so. Really happy with the service, customer service is helpful and solutions oriented. The workers that cleaned the gutters and downspouts caught a major issue with one of our downspouts connecting to the perimeter drain, which we would not have noticed until a real (more costly) problem had occurred. Thanks Friendly Giant!
