I am an older woman, and on Sunday rain started pouring in torrents from one of my drainage pipes. I called the office at 8 AM and by 9:50 AM. Someone from friendly giant had already come and fixed the problem. Everyone I dealt with at friendly giant this morning were kind empathic and efficient. I am so grateful And would give them the highest recommendation possible.

Working on a large estate clear-out job 20 minutes past Sooke, it was difficult getting a company willing to go out and quote on a job requiring extensive pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and window washing - until I contacted The Friendly Giant. Great service, done professionally by a great crew of polite workers — who managed some tough jobs and cleaned up well afterwards. It’s definitely worth paying for this kind of work three stories plus up in the air! We got good value for money.
