WORST foot experience of my life. Dr. Petery did not numb my big toe before stabbing a needle deep into it causing extreme pain. I asked him to please stop but he stammed it a second time with almost as much pain again. It actually brought tears to my eyes and I was clinching the chair to try to reduce the pain. it was so severe. All this after waiting 2 hours in his office past my appointment time. I DO NOT recommend this facility to anyone.
My 1st and last visit. Was not attentive or concerned. Did not check both feet. I am glad my problem is not serious. I purchased a remedy from the pharmacy.
We had a wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable visit today! Basically got lucky as I picked Friendly Foot Center off of the internet. The medica asst Toya was a sweetheart and numbed my daughters foot very gently! Dr Petrey was a cool dude and funny and positive.
I arrived to my appoint on time, filled out the requested paperwork and when it was completed, I returned it to the assistant at the desk. Within 5 minutes of doing so, I was called into the exam room and a delightful young lady name Kristen took down my info for the chart. Then 10 min later Dr. Petery came in to exam me. He was very relaxed and caring as we chit-chatted for a few minutes. He was also thorough in his exam and made me feel comfortable with this and future routine exams. When making appointment, I said that I was coming because of recent back surgery, and I repeated this with every staff member at the office that I interacted with. I arrived half an hour early for first appointment and filled out paperwork. Was seen by technician about five minutes early and had a great pedicure. Technician was very polite and efficient. Went to this office. Waited 40 minutes past appointment time in order to be called back. Dr was ok during visit. No major complaints with that. Did not see a bathroom at all which I could live without one but found it kind of odd. I was given some prescriptions tried to fill them at the drug store. One of them was refused by insurance without trying a alternative medicine first. The drug store tried to reach out to them three times nothing. I tried to call with no luck.
