A little confusion about drop off date but very helpful service
LC Container LLC came here to get a truck repaired under warranty service. The Dan and Tracy in the service department did a great job of communicating and letting us know exactly what was going on. We were extremely happy with the work they did and their ability to handle everything that we had problems with I would definitely come back here For service or repair. it’s definitely nice to find a medium duty service company that offers customer service and can handle everything we need for our vehicle. This Dealership is not worth the name it represents. This is my second bad experience with them when it cones to service. I made an appointment for 9:30 am to drop my car off for a tune up and for them to also look at the transmission and call me back with the quote and no one ever called. I finally called at 4pm and the operator said sorry ma'am your advisor is already gone for the day. Wow! How professional is this they haven't done anything on my Tahoe since I dropped it off and the sad part I purchased my Tahoe from them... read more
