LC Container LLC came here to get a truck repaired under warranty service. The Dan and Tracy in the service department did a great job of communicating and letting us know exactly what was going on. This Dealership is not worth the name it represents. This is my second bad experience with them when it cones to service. I made an appointment for 9:30 am to drop my car off for a tune up and for them to also look at the transmission and call me back with the quote and no one ever called. I finally called at 4pm and the operator said sorry ma'am your advisor is already gone for the day. Wow!
