I needed a product for my existing gas insert fire place and Friendly fires was one of few who carried it. After I reached out to ask for the product and make sure it was an exact match, I was met with nothing but help and an overall great customer service experience. Can't recommend Friendly Fires more and how helpful they were with all of my questions and order. Especially Mike D from the online sales team.
We can’t say enough about Dan, Max and the boys in the warehouse! We had a very challenging situation with trying to source out and match up insulated chimney pipe. Thanks to Dan’s incredible knowledge together we were able to solve the problem. He was friendly, professional and his vast knowledge gave us complete faith. It was well worth the 7 hour round trip to Peterborough! We are back up and running in this never-ending winter. Thank you!
