We had an excellent experience purchasing our gas fireplace at Friendly Fires. Our sales person Heather Cormier treated us very fairly and sold us the perfect made in Canada fireplace. The price was good, installation was smooth and when we did have a small issue with our unit, Friendly Fires management and Heather were quick to resolve it generously. We truly appreciate it!
We bought a fire table from friendly fires....the staff were all professional and knowledgeable from the time we entered the store! The table was delivered yesterday...it is beautiful! The two gentlemen that delivered it were top notch...friendly professional and assembled it very well. Dylan was one of them. Thank you
