I usually never write a review but I’m pissed… So irresponsable I scheduled an appointment at 6:00 pm, first, their clinic is under construction but they are still scheduling appointments, and it doesn’t tell you anything about it, I got there 20 min earlier, Que I ask one of the employees that was there, she told me that he probably left early”, I didn’t get any message or or email, i even asked mu sup if I could leave early because I had an appointment, just so unprofessional.

I have eye insurance and even get a 50$ discount cuz of were I work. My exam was covered and so we're frames up to $190. I picked a pair for $157. As for the lenses absolutely nothing was covered so they wanted another 271$ for good lenses and for cheapest plastic with no extras was 171$. I just don't understand how people are supposed to survive. Needless to say I left with absolutely nothing but a waste of money I pay monthly for insurance that doesn't help me with anything helpful.

Everything was as spectacular they walked through everything with me showed me my eyes and what they looked like on the inside and they showed me the mini videos they do for the doctor! Thank you so much for a great experience!
