The manager refused service to my daughter with a disability. He stated he would not serve her. He said that medical exception or not and to enjoy my life and he would rather lunch and didn’t care that she had a medical Exemption and didn’t care if I filed a complaint with ADA that it would not be the first time someone filed a complaint. Your daughter had nothing to do with what happen earlier. You harassing our staff, receptionist and manager is what made us refuse to serve you! Your daughter had nothing to do with any of it. RecommendedMy husband and I choose to drive from Farmers Branch to Friendly Eye Care. The office is modern and bright. Dr. Bautista takes great care in ensuring that I'm comfortable and takes time to answer any questions that I have. Robert is attentive and provides exemplary service from the time we enter to the time we leave. I can't say enough about Friendly Eye Care!
Fabulous business! I used to spend hours trying to find the right frames and the very first pair they showed me, I LOVED. The glasses also came in way faster than most optical places. I also got my daughter glasses for the first time and the entire staff, including the dr, were so sweet to her. Can’t stop bragging! ❤️ Robert and Shelby were wonderful to work with.
I needed to be seen soon one morning in December after an accidental poke in the eye by a young child the evening before, and the pain upon each blink would not subside. Dr. Bautista diagnosed a scratched cornea and took care of the pain quickly with some antibiotic drops and a clear contact lens. For somebody who has never worn contacts before, Dr. Bautista did a great job to gently and patiently get that contact into my "stubborn eye".

Friendly Eye Care very much lives up to its name! Everyone was so helpful and friendly from the first initial new patient call to the time I walked out. Great selection of frames and wonderful customer service! I also love that I was able to fill out and send the NP paperwork in all over the computer without having to print it off. Very happy to have such a great office just a couple of miles down the street!
They were great!!! Everyone was so welcoming and really took the time to explain things to you instead of trying to sell you something. I recommend them to anyone!!!
Best place in town! As soon as you walk in you see and tell the difference its clean they have a friendly staff, that treats me with respect. I was surprise with all the high technology equipment so i trust im on good hands. Thania the lady in the front is very nice and explain the paper work if i had questions thank you!
