They wanted to charge me $127 just to run updates on my computer. That is a wildly inflated price. This is a job that while it takes 2 or three hours to update, takes the internet, 2 clicks of a mouse, and a little bit of time. $127 for that. I will never call these people for anything.
These guys are great. I am in IT myself and a new build was kicking my butt. They got it fixed up in one day and went above and beyond by dressing up the cables, getting ALL hardware running (I only asked for CPU) and the machine actually boots into Windows (I only asked for POST). GREAT service!! I am going to be throwing as much business at them as I can and for non-computer people these guys are good and trustworthy. Use them!
I’d like to give a good recommendation to Friendly Computers. I had just purchased a new desktop computer to replace my laptop and had no clue how to set it up. They gave me next day service and the technician not only set my new system up, he ran diagnostics on the old laptop and now it works like new. “Friendly” doesn’t begin to describe my experience with them. I highly recommend them.
Have used the computer repair services for past two years and always responded on time and technical assistance solved all problems and technicians answered questions before finishing jobs
Antonio came out today and got us back up and running in NO TIME! We had several small things that were causing us to work harder, not smarter and we are now happily working away. Thanks Antonio and Friendly Computers!!
