My fiance and I had a wonderful stay at the inn! From our greeting/tour upon arrival to a wonderful breakfast in the morning on the gorgeous outdoor patio - we had a relaxing and very welcoming stay.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful inn. We came as tourists in our own town, which I highly recommend. Breakfast each morning was delicious and filling. Our room was very clean and the bedding was soft and comfortable. As someone who is sensitive to chemical fragrances, I so much appreciated that the sheets and towels did not smell. We hope to come again some time!

We had the best time staying at the Friendly City Inn. Our room was adorable and the breakfast was delicious. Kyle, the Inn keeper, was so kind and knowledgeable and Tara is a genius in the kitchen! We also met some really nice guests! We did a mother-daughter trip to see JMU and it was the perfect place to stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Friendly City Inn and the service, bedrooms, and experience consistently exceeded our expectations across both stays. The fresh baked cookies, the attentiveness shown through an in person check in process, the delicious breakfast and the beautifully decorated rooms and grounds made us feel at home.
