The cab i called never f*cking showed up. I can't believe this. My boyfriend was alone when he touched down in Key West. I'm so infuriated

Not Friendly at all! The driver was mad because I'm not familiar with the area, which is crazy since I'm not from here.

I had just gotten off the ferry from Fort Myers and asked cab #305 today, April 19th, 2015, for a ride. He never fully stopped to talk to me and kept slowly driving away, but told me he did not know where I wanted to go in a very rude tone (which I did and could have given him directions, which I told him, OR maybe he would have heard me if he had actually stopped) and kept driving. Call an hour before you need a taxi, but be ready to go within two minutes. You never know when they'll show up, and the dispatcher generally says "5 to 7 minutes". I've waited for over an hour for a taxi to pick me up, with no apology, but if the taxi shows up for you and you aren't ready to go, they'll take off without you. It's a shame. Some of the drivers are great, but you never know what the dispatcher is going to do with your booking, or which driver you're going to get.
