bought a 07 Ford Edge , Dec31st2019, from here & had to put over $1000 WORTH of parts on it, THE VEHICLE HAS A RECALL ON THE WATERPUMP , THAT WE WERE NEVER INFORMED ABOUT & THATS EXACTLY WHAT $1000 WAS SPENT ON IT BURST & THREW WATER IN OIL & CAUSED ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS. WC FINANCE WERE SUPPOSEDLY, AS WE WERE TOLD AT 1ST- KNOCK 2 PAYMENTS OFF, TURNS OUT THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOCK A FULL 2 HUNDRED $ off MUCHLESS 2 PAYMENTS. I bought a car from them in February. They were so nice to work with. But the true review comes from how they treated my 19 year old daughter when she came. They treated her with the same amount a respect they did when I bought my car. And they bent over backwards to get her in a nice car she could afford not only the payments on but insurance also. I would highly recommend Friendly’s Auto and will definitely be back.
