This has got to be the most unprofessional auto dealer I have ever experienced. They are rude and flat out lie just to sell cars. They dont make good on a promise to fix a vehicle at the time of sale and when you tell them you only have a certain amount to put down on a vehicle they send you to sign loans docs and don't explain prior that they need additional money down. Also lying to the finance company about the down payment amount. Then want to threaten with a lawyer on top of it. Just shady business. They truly dont care... read more
RecommendedI have been car shopping everywere in the Cumming, Duluth, Buford, and Dawsonville area. I had the overall best experience with friendly auto gallery by far. I am really pleased with my purchase and the quality of not only the car but the salesmen here at this dealership. I highly recommend stopping here first before stopping anywhere in Cumming!
