I must say that I didn't know what to do and which mechanic shop to choose in L.A to take care of couple of echoes I had on my 2004 325xi BMW station wagon, since I have had bad experiences with several mechanic shops in Yucaipa where I used to live, but I will avoid the details about my bad experiences from the past. Absolutely the best auto shop in LA! Friendly Auto Clinic is by far my favorite garage in the city. George is amazing, super kind, honest, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. He gives great advice, offers very fair prices, and truly cares about his customers. The quality of service, transparency, and value for money are unbeatable. Couldn’t recommend this place more, 10/10 experience every time!
I was driving in from out of town when the bottom hood cover of my car came loose. I was driving and dragging it a good 10 minutes before I realized it. Luckily, this shop was right across from where I stopped. I explained my situation and even though they had 3 cars up in the bay, they said they would take care of the issue and get me on the road. I can’t say enough good things about Friendly Auto Clinic! They are always available whenever I need help, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. The prices are very fair (honestly some of the best I’ve seen), and both guys who work there are incredibly kind, patient, and professional. It really feels like they care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Highly recommend them if you want reliable service at a great price!
