Worst car buying experience. I have purchased from Mercedes, BMW & Acura of Valley Stream, I have to say my recent purchased from Feders in Middletown, NY has been without a doubt the worst experience. The salesman lied, the service department drags their feet with correcting warrantee issues and the manager Ean is POOR at customer service and doing the right thing. BUYER BEWARE, what they say is not what you get!
