It was such a pleasure to see Dr. Friend interact with the elderly couple that was there when I walked in; he took the time to walk them to their vehicle. They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was easy enough to find.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional. I love this dentist and all staff there. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience.
