1. I wrote to KCC Drain Services on Christmas Day. The issue stated was that I had a frozen sink that was not working but was fixed recently with placing heat under the sink. However, a problem of drainage persisted. The good news was Chris came on Christmas Day to check it out. When he arrived he was so confident he could fix the issue by snaking it. 2. Josh worked fast and efficiently to get the job done. The estimate was super fair and he put my mind at ease about what needed to be done. I’m definitely going to use KCC for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Update to my Review: We've asked Chris and his team to help with some other work around one of our other buildings. They fixed a few things and even replaced part of the main line. They wouldn't always show up when they said they would but did eventually come. The main line work they did started to leak shortly after the work was completed from the repair they did. They came out two times after repeatedly texting and added more glue around the pipe. However, this didn't stop the leak. So they said if it continues to leak aft... read more

I called Friel because I had a main water leak they came out promptly gave a quote I agreed set the date a crew came out knocked out the job professional I will recommend to family and friends Thanks again guys 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
