I cannot say enough about the wonderful and caring service we received from Friedrich Jones funeral home. Our situation required transporting my deceased loved one from out East to Naperville. Friedrich coordinated everything for me. Stephanie was so helpful - with many emails and calls, the whole process worked smoothly. We are incredibly grateful for Freidrich-Jones and all of the staff members. They went above and beyond to create a beautiful event on behalf of our Mother. We could not have asked for more caring individuals to guide us through this important transition. They were compassionate, patient, and professional. During the most difficult time our family has gone through, Friedrich Jones in Naperville offered consistent care and compassion. Tremendously professional, they had a way of treating us so that we felt comforted from the moment we met. Checking constantly to make sure things were exactly as we wanted them to be, Dave and the rest of the staff made sure we were able to make it through smoothly. We could not have chosen better. Friedrich Jones & Overman Jones Funeral Homes, are very caring and loving in the way that they handle life's most difficult situations. No one likes to think about the inevitable and many do not pre-plan. No matter what the circumstance, they work very hard to ease the sorrow and lift the difficulty of the situation. This is a beautiful facility that goes above and beyond with professionalism, love and respect.

I can not thank the staff at Friedrich Jones & Overman enough. This was the hardest time our family has ever gone through and their help was immeasurable. They were so kind and patient walking us through the process. We were made to feel as if we were their top priority. Any decision we struggled with was met with patience and kindness. I would recommend them to anyone. This is a situation you never want to be in, but when it is thrust upon you it is a great comfort to have someone looking out for you.

Stephanie helped us Pre-Plan within our budget and we learned so much from her. At every turn, this Funeral Home was wonderful. The man who came late at night to collect our Mother was very kind and patience. John directed the services which were seamless and lovely. Our Mother looked beautiful! I am so grateful to Friedrich-Jones.

My sister and I had to plan a funeral unexpectedly for our brother-in-law and the staff at Friedrich Jones were outstanding in their service to us! They helped us along every step of the way. They are professional, friendly, sympathetic and clearly explained all our options, both financially and concerning the funeral itself. There was always someone on call - even on weekends - to answer our questions. We are very grateful and highly recommend them. Their prices are great too!!
