They have apparently taken over the apartment's I live at in Kansas City from Millennia housing and smh they seem worse than even Millennia from everything I have even read about them (Friedman.) I need to find a much better place, I am so sick of all of these lousy slum lord types of management companies...Just feel absolutely sick of them! I have been trying to get in contact with some one at the management office over 2 weeks @ Forest View Apartments and no response and office is closed.
Apartments that don’t get fixed. Manager won’t respond to emails about dissatisfaction and setting up a call.
We have been tenants for 2 months and have not been able to hook up internet because the original contractors did not wire the unit correctly. After notifying the management team, they have proceeded to ghost us for 2 months. They have not responded to any request, whether it be by mail, email, voicemail, or maintenance request. I have even tried contacting the parent company to no avail. We have received no assistance, no timeline, no communication of any form.
