Ever since Friedman took over management of Ann Arbor City Clubs the building has been worse for it. Recently our mail person stopped delivering mail because of a longterm alarm that had been going off and seemingly nobody did anything till our mail person refused to deliver mail. Friedman must have also cut the budget to ribbons as there are less maintenance people on hand, so service requests take over a week to fulfill. Absolute SLUM LORDS. The pool at ridgeline has been closed for TWO YEARS- get it together already. Look up the reddit threads about this company & stay away.
They have apparently taken over the apartment's I live at in Kansas City from Millennia housing and smh they seem worse than even Millennia from everything I have even read about them (Friedman.) I need to find a much better place, I am so sick of all of these lousy slum lord types of management companies...Just feel absolutely sick of them!
