Dr. Friedman saw my husband immediately this morning with an eye injury. He and staff went above and beyond to get us into a more specialized office that could diagnose whether or not he had a retinal detachment. Took 3 tries to find an office open with an available appt but they did it, we were very happy with Dr. Friedman's care, getting on & off the phone to describe my husband's situation to each office they tried, and helping us get taken care of. Welcoming staff, nice doctor, overall good experience. They accepted my insurance, minimal wait time, and the doctor chose contacts that was within my budget!
Such an unprofessional office .twice now i made an appointment and left work early only to be told the office is closing earlier today.Dr is still there but says I have to reschedule he has no consideration for his Patients time.I and my 2 kids now have to find a new Dr. Not even an apology just sir you have to reschedule.
