Always comes to fix problems within hours. Have never had a problem with them.
Were forced to leave due to raw sewage flooding my basement. Was advised by neighbors that there were maintenance people working inside of the house, stealing my electricity against my knowledge, and a month later we were fraudulently evicted Would love to shut this shady business down. Stay away from these people! Run for your life!
They refuse to fix problems, don't return calls & flat out lie about doing the job. I am stuck in a house with many problems, for which a bat problem is the worst & the maintenance sends some kid with blood shot eyes & wreaks of weed to fix them. He does very little, promises to come back & never does. Problems for over 8 months & can't get a call back from Wendy the owner. Stopping at office Mon, If not satisfied I'll be hiring a lawyer...do NOT rent one of these properties unless you want to pay for your own repairs!!!
Do NOT rent from them! I unfortunately did for little over 3 yesrs. I had a window in the kitchen that would leak bad, would have to put a bucket a towels on the floor and around the window to try and keep thing dry. They knew of this, all they would do is say someone will look at it. One day the did send some older senior citizen to clean out the gutters. Floors still got wet. Now, the bedroom window was leaking, and it was natural hardwood floor in the bedroom. One day it rained hard and it actually brought the flooring up... read more
