Terrible like almost all doctors office from California medical system. They don't answer the phone no matter what time you call. I've been calling them from weeks and left voice mail and they don't return as well. What do they want? Me to drive all the way to Tarzana to book an appointment??? If you are over booked then just don't accept new referrals!! Give the opportunity for the other doctors who wants to work. This is very disrespectful!
