Oh where do I begin !!!! I reached out to Kristina at Fridman Wellness during my second month of pregnancy to set up a hand and foot reflexology appointment. I Highly Recommend Fridman Wellness. Kristina is a very caring ,knowledgeable expert and takes the time to really understand what is going on with you. The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming. Always a Great Experience. Kristina was able to help me with a Headache and by the end if the Facial Reflexology I was feeling much better.
Fantastic first reflexology experience with Kristina. My circulation in my feet has already improved. Usually experience edema in the summer heat, but not over the last two days since the appointment. Can't wait to continue.

She is so knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation.
