Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this psychiatrist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you feel safe in this psychiatrist's care? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

They did a very thorough investigation of the medical history to make sure that my child would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared . I’ve been to a another psychiatrist that rushe to jugment without hardly talking to my child, but they didn’t do that here at all. I was able to take as much time as I needed. There was lots of available parking at their office.

This office charges $50 for late/missed appointments -- yet they make no effort (even when you made your appointment THREE MONTHS AGO) to remind you of your upcoming appointment. The receptionist is highly unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
