They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here.

Very happy that I made the decision to use Dr. Friddell. I have made more progress with her than with any of the previous doctors I have made with others in her field. Would highly recommend. Professional and comfortable, and her assistant is wonderful. I never feel awkward or self-conscious in her office. I feel very fortunate to be in her care.
