RecommendedI placed an order today for a dear friend in the hospital. Instead of just delivering the balloons, they called ahead to confirm. They then called me to tell me my friends was in ICU so they would wait and call again and deliver them when he was released. I was so grateful Friday's Flowers took this extra step of service!

Hubby ordered flowers from Teleflora for Valentine’s Day and they were not what he expected for the price and some were already droopy the next day. Took arrangement back in and Vicky made it right and explained why we should ALWAYS call our local florist to order. Teleflora and FTD get a huge cut and we can’t expect our florist to take a hit and provide a $75 arrangement when they are only getting paid $45! Lesson learned - thanks, Vicky!
Under the ownership of Vicki Rice grew up in the flower bizz like I did, I am not currently working myself so in nwa there is No one else I would trust with any Flowers for any occasion!
