This past Saturday, I joined friends at Frida’s Mexican restaurant, which isn't typically my first choice, but I decided to be flexible. I was happy to find hard shell tacos on the menu and chose the beef hardshell tacos accompanied by rice and queso cheese. We also ordered a frozen drink pitcher of Bob Marley. Although the food and drink were decent, I would have preferred my meal to be hotter and my drink more slushy.
