Food and service as “high art“ in Salt Lake City. If you were to ask for a shot of tequila before your dinner, it likely would come shaken, with a wedge of lime on the side of the champagne flute. Didn't I say, “high art?” �
First time eating here and every detail of our dinner was perfect. And, can I just say....black pepper ice cream and chocolate mole cake? To die for!
