Update 09/2024. We've used Frick's several times and always had great service until now. We asked to have an aux heat unit installed in our heat pump. We were told no problem and when the part came in they called to schedule an appointment. That appt came and went. No show, no phone call or any communication. Over an hour after the appt time we started trying to get a hold of them. We emailed, then I called. No answer the first time and no voicemail picked up. Tried again later. Fricks had come out in 2022 to replace a bad capacitor and then came and filled our slowly leaking coolant. This time it was to replace the unit fully finally. Very happy with results. Hottest heat wave in a long time hit a week after this install so extremely happy to not have to deal with yet another emergency call due to some failure in an old system. Super happy with my new system from Frick's Heating and Cooling The guys were super professional, I got updates with pictures and video throughout the install, and my house is already noticeably cooler only an hour after install. The best in central Pennsylvania by far!
