Never even heard of this place till we passed it on an outing with our grandsons. We stopped to feed 3 hungry boys after spending time at Fossil Park. The food, service & price was really good. The taco salad I ordered was great, grandson & husband had the ribs & wings, they loved it. Other 2 grandsons ordered cheeseburger & chicken nuggets with curly fries & both of them enjoyed their meals. I was impressed, especially that my grandsons were all quite satisfied with the meals they ordered! Thanks for the great service too.
We had to problem. Our server was all over the place, I to flag someone down for a refill. Other that, it wasn't too bad. We'll definitely stick to the one on Reynolds, across from Kroger in Maumee
Ordered wings. Came out raw. Waitress asked if I wanted more. I said yes. Emergency occurred, got everything to go (I was with family). When I got home, they actually re-fired my original wings, bite mark and all. All the above could possibly be forgiven. What can't be is the ignoring of 2 emails to their corporate office and them taking down Facebook photos showing what happened. Their refusal to fess up to the issue warrants a negative star review. My husband and I ordered appetizers and wings with extra sauce. We asked for the appetizers to come out first but everything came out together. We didn't complain. When we got our bill, the wings were $.70 more than what was stated in the menu. I asked the waitress, she said that it was the extra sauce. We have been going here for years and never been charged for extra sauce. The manager, Jeff, came up to us and was getting short with us.
