I’ve been a regular here for a while but the past few weeks, all 4 times I’ve ordered my food has been incorrect. I order the same thing every time and I always get something by the time I open it up at home. Not sure how many times I’ll be visiting once the dining opens back ip again..
Even with this virus going on..... I ordered at 350pm cause I get off work at 640pm so I told them to have it ready at 650. They had a 3hr heads up for the carry out order. I waited till 7pm to walk up and ask them if it’s done and got told it would be a few minutes. I didn’t leave there till 720 and had to be in tiffin before 8 to pickup groceries. Literally 1 job to do right now, take care of the carry out orders. Phoned in order at 4 to be picked up at 6:45, at 7 it still wasn’t ready. Worst service ever, won’t ever go here again. Oh btw it wasn’t just our order, our son waited 3 1/2 hours after ordering for his to be ready also.

Food is always great.. been a little over two weeks since I been in last with my 3 yr old daughter... the waitress walked up to me.. asked if I was there with my daughter not too long ago.. I replied yes... she pull out alger (first) bracelet she ever gotten... that my daughter left.... returning it to her. seriously appreciate you!!
