This place sucks. I was there yesterday for bridal/bday party. four hours we were there for 2 drinks and cold food. Sent it back they brought it back out still cold. Staff & manager are rude and unprofessional..
Very disappointed in the customer service. I called a month ago, last week, this morning, then again 1 hour before my party of 20 was going to come in (per the hostess words) since they do NOT take reservations. Which I understand. But, when I called 1 hour before we would arrive I was told they would not serve us because they were too busy and already had a huge party at 3 PM. we always do take out, with that being said it’s horrible. When you order a “basket of fries” from the appetizer part, it comes in a little cup with a single serving of fries at most, not enough to pay $5 for, and they’re always soggy. We went there last night, and they hardly put any sauce on our wings, they were just plain chicken. We will never be going to this location again.
