would stay away. my son signed a lease this summer for the upcoming fall semester, made sure and asked what would happen if classes were canceled. they told him deposit would be returned. well yesterday IUP emailed and said they were only having a specific 1/3 of students come to campus for in class instructions, the rest would be doing online instruction. we called frick.and were told since the email only asked the other 2/3 of students to not come that he was still having to keep up his end of the lease. taking advantage o... read more

RecommendedSuper awesome people! I’ve lived in my apartment about a year and a half now and have had nothing but great experiences with them. They’re very understanding about things and when maintenances may need done, they are done quickly and correctly. Highly recommend Frick Rentals! Also, Laura is great!!
Great people! Great services all around! They are quick to fix a need in the rental property. We also transferred our car and renters insurance over to them and saved money and got more coverage!
