Fantastic Service. We used Friar's Plumbing Heating and AC Repair to diagnose and then replace an existing, ancient HVAC system. This was no easy task given a two-story condo, rooftop location of the condenser and the many overhead utility wires running overhead in the neighborhood. Special appreciation to Robert, Miguel, and Brandon for their hard work, diligence, and cleanup. Anthony was punctual, thorough, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. Overall, he provided excellent service and did a fantastic job.
I have a split A/C system that had a water leak from the ceiling cassette. I called three other companies to come out and look at the problem and soon discovered a new problem: many HVAC contractors won’t service a system that they didn’t personally install. Our installer had retired. Friar’s was happy to come out and investigate Robert was excellent, thorough, documented everything with photos of the problem, and was able to explain it to me. I’d recommend them for any HVAC issues with no hesitation.
My air died Thursday, Friday morning got an estimate from a very reputable company, very high so contacted Friars that afternoon and Friday morning they removed the original system and Saturday morning they came and installed the complete new system. I am blown away from the super fast professional job and am recommending them happily Most companies could not come out to give us an estimate till the next week. So you should not waste time with others and call Friars immediately
Christian was polite friendly and efficient. The unit works perfectly and the energy efficiency of the split ac/heating unit is important in saving $ and not having to wake up in a sweat
